Approval of any instalment payment service or instalment plan is subject to internal verification and eligibility criteria.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate personal, financial, and identification details.
Maintain sufficient bank balance for instalment auto-debit.
Ensure timely payment of instalment.
Notify us immediately in case of any unauthorized transaction or account misuse.

Failure to comply may lead to penalties, service suspension, or legal action as per applicable laws.

4. Instalment Payments & Auto-Debit Authorization

By availing our services, you authorize NRA Pay Tech Pvt. Ltd. and its payment partners (e.g., Razorpay) to debit instalment automatically from your bank account.
Instalment debit dates, amounts, tenure, and penalties will be clearly communicated at the time of agreement.
Failed or delayed payments may attract late fees, penalties, or recovery actions.

We do not share your data with any unrelated or unauthorized third party.

5. Fees, Charges & Penalties

All applicable charges including processing fees, late payment charges, bounce charges, or other fees will be disclosed in advance.
The Company reserves the right to revise charges with prior notice where legally required.
